How much is a transfer from Los Cabos Airport to my hotel?
A private transfer runs from $80 USD for San José del Cabo up to $354 USD for La Paz — a flat rate for the whole vehicle, not per passenger, with no meter and no surge pricing. The total you see at booking is the total you pay.
Is there Uber at Los Cabos Airport?
Uber operates in Los Cabos but is not allowed to pick up at the SJD terminal, so you cannot count on it for the trip in. A prebooked private transfer is already assigned to your flight and waiting when you clear customs.
How far in advance do I have to book?
Arrivals need at least 24 hours and departures at least 48. Los Cabos is not a last-minute market: outside those windows there is no vehicle and no driver to assign, so we would rather tell you now than take a booking we cannot operate. The date picker only offers dates we can actually run.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight number in real time at no extra cost. A delay moves your driver and nothing else — the vehicle was assigned to you and stays assigned to you, whether you land early or three hours late.
Where do I meet my driver at SJD?
Just outside the terminal exit, holding a sign with your name. You will walk past a row of timeshare and taxi desks first — none of them is us, and you do not have to stop.
How long is the drive from the airport?
San José del Cabo is the closest at about 13 km. Cabo San Lucas is roughly 50 km down the Corridor, Todos Santos about 110 and La Paz around 190. The exact time for your destination is shown before you pay.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. One flat rate covers your whole group up to the vehicle capacity, taxes and airport fees included, so the more of you travel together the less each person pays.
Which vehicle do I need?
Up to 7 passengers travel in the private van; the Suburban and the Escalade seat 5 with a more comfortable cabin; and the Sprinter takes 15. Pick by headcount and by luggage, not by category — the luggage is what usually decides it.
I am travelling with golf clubs. Do they fit?
One or two sets fit in the SUV. Four players with four sets plus suitcases do not, whatever the seat count says — a full set eats the cargo space of two bags. Tell us at booking and we size the vehicle to the luggage instead of to the headcount.
Do you go to gated communities and private villas?
Yes, door to door — Pedregal, Diamante, Costa Palmas and the rest. Send the villa number and the name the reservation is under: the guard checks a guest list, and a name that does not match is the usual reason a late arrival turns into a long wait at the gate.
Which beaches can I actually swim at?
The Sea of Cortez side — Medano in Cabo San Lucas, Chileno and Santa María on the Corridor, Palmilla in San José and the East Cape. The Pacific beaches past Cabo San Lucas, including Diamante, have strong surf and undertow and are for surfing and sunsets, not for casual swimming.
